If your Foreign License Verification Letter does not indicate FS IFO 59 as The Designated FSDO in the top left corner then YOU must make a request to Change the Designated FSDO. A request to change the designated FSDO may be made by letter to the FAA Airmen Certification Branch, AFS-760, P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, OK 73125-0082 or by fax to (405) 954–9922. The examiner cannot accept the letter if it does not indicate FS IFO 59 in the top left corner.

Caution: IACRA Registration and Airman Certificate and/or Rating Application MUST be accomplished prior to meeting with the Examiner. Note: This is a two step process. In the event that IACRA can not be utilized then a completed paper (manual) version of the Airman Certificate and/or Rating Application must be presented to the Examiner on the day.
Manual applications will not be accepted if the process can otherwise be accomplished utilizing IACRA!

Note: When the issue date of your license under 'SEARCH AIRMAN INFORMATION' appears, your new license is on it's way to you. This process could take up to 120 days from the date of issue of your Temporary Airman's Certificate. It is Highly recommended that you give the process at least 90 days before contacting the DPE or FAA for status.
